Had an amazing experience with the kayak service! The location was absolutely beautiful! Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the water. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and smooth kayaking adventure!

This is by far my favorite place to rent a kayak in Chicago. The staff here is absolutely amazing! Plus the boat traffic is so much lower and it’s nice to skip the crowds at the riverwalk and North Branch. Paddling the South Branch is underrated and definitely way more peaceful… Then once you work up an appetite, you can have a delicious meal in Chinatown and grab the water taxi for a scenic ride back up the river. So glad they took over after REI stopped running rentals here!
